Individual Psychotherapy Session: A confidential one-on-one therapeutic session focused on addressing personal challenges, exploring emotions, and developing coping strategies. The session involves a collaborative and supportive discussion aimed at promoting mental health and well-being.

Ursula is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and maintains an active membership with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA), adhering to their Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.

Ursula graduated with an honours BA in psychology from York University where she also obtained her Certificate in Practical Ethics. She also obtained a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology degree (graduated with distinction) from Yorkville University. Ursula pursued specialized training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method for couples, Ego State and parts-work for complex trauma, dissociation, and dissociative disorders.

Ursula’s approach to therapy is one that facilitates the process of self-discovery. Ursula works together with the client to start unpacking parts of their story and look at what parts align with the client’s truth and which parts were created for safety and protection. Ursula prioritizes inclusivity, and is dedicated to providing a safe space for individuals of all backgrounds, orientations, and identities.
